Coaches, this is your opportunity to host an DoD Coaching Campaign Week’s Coffee with a Leadership Coach event (either virtual or in-person)! The process is simple, and all of the materials and resources are here to make for a seamless event.
How to Host an Event for DoD Coaching Campaign Week:
Get Leadership Approval
Confirm with your leadership that you can host an event.Sign Up to Host

Plan your event anytime between 12–16 May 2025.
Upon signing up:
Host Training: After you sign up to host, you’ll be invited to attend host training in April. The exact date will be shared after registration.
Participant Registration: Participant registration opens on 21 April 2025, and this will be a centralized sign-up. DoD Coaching will keep you updated on who has registered for your event.
Event Promotion: Please use the participant registration link when marketing your event. This helps us track attendance across the Department.
Event Documentation: Don’t forget to take pictures during your event and track attendance for reporting purposes.
