Work-Life programs across Department of Defense (DOD) Agencies support the health and well-being of the DOD workforce. These programs are vital to DOD employees, their families, and the agencies that support them. As Work-Life programs are established across DOD Agencies, DCPAS collaborates with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Department of Labor, and other Federal agencies to develop legislation and policies which provide comprehensive and competitive benefits programs to support the DOD mission and employee retention. DCPAS also provides advisory services to internal and external Federal customers, and focuses on the interpretation and application of Federal laws, regulations, and DOD policy and practices within the Employee Benefits functional area.
