Human Resources Lifecycle Training
DCPAS offers entry-level to mid-level Human Resources practitioners with the three-day Human Resources Lifecycle Training course. Attendees learn hiring policies, principles, and skills through lecture, discussion, and interactive workshops to facilitate the hiring process of DOD civilians. The first two days covers hiring policy and concepts in classification, staffing, priority placement program, compensation, and strategic outreach and recruitment. Day three provides participants with the opportunity actively to apply the learned concepts.
The Human Resources Lifecycle Training is offered twice a year at the Mark Center and Southbridge locations. Additions to the course schedule are made based on the requests from DOD Components. The maximum number of course attendees is 25.
